AI runs beyond your tier's cap are $0.75 each — heavy months don't stop your cataloging, they just bill for what you use. Prices may be tuned before general availability; founder pricing is locked regardless.
Questions
What does "open beta" mean for my account?
The product is live and your data is production data — real database, real backups, real eBay integration. Billing simply isn't switched on yet, so paid features are being handed out generously while we finish the billing plumbing. When billing arrives, you choose a tier; nothing is deleted either way.
What counts as an AI run?
One AI run is one item pushed through an AI stage batch — for example, photographing an item and having AI identify it, grade condition, write the title and description, and research a price. Manual edits, imports, scanning, and everything non-AI are never metered.
Do I need a credit card for the Free tier?
No. Free is free forever, capped at 50 items, with no card on file.
Where do my photos live?
Full-resolution photos are stored on your own Google Drive under a folder Genventory manages, so photo storage never costs you a subscription upgrade. Only small thumbnails live on our servers.
Can I export my data?
Yes — inventory exports to CSV today, and your photos are already sitting in your own Drive. Full account export is on the roadmap before billing launches.
